Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje: zakup i dostawę używanego, bezwypadkowego samochodu specjalnego z drabiną mechaniczną na rzecz Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Mazańcowicach o parametrach technicznych szczegółowo opisanych w załączniku nr 1 b do SWZ.
Samochód pożarniczy musi być kompletny, wolny od wad fizycznych (konstrukcyjnych, materiałowych, wykonawczych), technicznych oraz prawnych i musi spełniać wymagania określone w zał. nr 1a do SWZ (przy czym zamawiający dopuszcza złożenie oferty z wyposażeniem wyższym – lepszym – niż opisane).
